With the narrative of dairy consumption causing many health issues and generally being poor for health becoming more and more popular, it’s important to bear in mind what the science says πŸ“Š

Direct quote from the review: β€œThe totality of available scientific evidence supports that intake of milk and dairy products contribute to meet nutrient recommendations, and may protect against the most prevalent chronic diseases, whereas very few adverse effects have been reported.” ☝️

When looking from a health perspective, there really isn’t much question as to whether dairy intake is good for you with all the nutrients it can supply πŸ‘

It should also be noted that if replacing dairy products with similar plant-based products, they may not necessarily be filling the nutrient-related gap ❕
